
A new City Ordinance requires all buildings in Sand Point to be marked to improve public safety.
You can pick up your sign at the Police Department, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm or they can deliver the signs to you, free of charge.

KSDP is seeking applicants to Represent Area M at the Board of Fish Meeting from February 20th until February 25th, 2023.
Candidates interested in a paid trip to Anchorage from February 20th through February 25th 2023 to represent Area M should contact:
Austin Roof, General Manager of KSDP radio in Sand Point with their reason for interest no later than the 21st of January, 2023.

The City of Sand Point 2022 General Election will be held on Tuesday, October the 4th from 8am to 8pm in the Municipal building room 11. (City Council Chambers)
Declaration of Candidacy (DoC) forms are now being accepted for City Council seats A and C, each with 3 year terms.
The deadline for filing DoC forms is Friday, September 2nd at 4pm.
If you are going to set off fireworks to celebrate the Fourth of July you MUST get a fireworks permit from the city of Sand Point, signed off on by the Sand Point Police Chief.
