The 5th Annual Earth Day Fair is almost here and we are holding a contest for best drawing and theme.

All local artists are invited to join. Submit you drawings at the Qagan Tayagungin Tribe located in gan the City Building on the 1st floor.

All Submissions must be turned in on February 17, 2012 by 5PM.
